Shipping Policy - B2C 


We offer shipping charges ranging from ₹99 to ₹149 based on the location of delivery. Please note that discount codes are not applicable to products that are already on offer.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are displayed at the time of checkout, ensuring transparency for our customers before making payments.

Shipping Details

Purchases are shipped from our warehouses, stores, or offices located in Odisha. Our goal is to deliver products to you within 5-7 days from the receipt of your order and payment confirmation. Deliveries are typically made between 10:30 am and 7 pm from Monday to Sunday.

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) Payment

For Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payments, the maximum order value is ₹1,000. Gift cards cannot be used for C-o-D payments. Additionally, only Indian rupees are accepted for C-o-D payments.

Delivery Procedure

The full order amount must be paid before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. Packages can only be opened after payment is made, and goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person who placed the order at the specified address.

Delivery Limitations

The selected product will be delivered only within the city mentioned as "available" on our site. We are not responsible for any damage to products after delivery. In case of delivery failure due to various reasons such as wrong address, recipient not available, or premises locked, we will contact you for a second delivery attempt and may levy delivery charges.

Failed Delivery Cases: - We consider an order delivery "failed" if:

  • Delivery cannot be done due to a wrong address.
  • Recipient is not available.
  • Premises are locked.

In situations like floods, heavy rains, or national bandhs, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery. If the product cannot be delivered due to these reasons, we will inform you accordingly. Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery through our customer service page.

Dispatch Timing

Orders received before 2 p.m. are processed on the same day, while orders received after 2 p.m. are processed on the next business day. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

    The bulk orders will be shipped as per the buyer requirement. The cost of shipping will be varied as per the weightage of the ordered products. 


    Cancellation Policy

    In case of Perishable product such as fruits and vegetable once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled since it is a perishable product. In unforeseen special circumstances, you may connect with our support team on agriyumfoods@gmail.com and we’ll try to accommodate the cancellation request if possible.

    Refund Policy


    If AgriYum foods is unable to deliver to your address or the product is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded back to you. This refund process will be initiated via our payment gateway CC avenue or online bank transfer and will take 7-15 working days for the same, depending on mode of payment and bank policy.
