"As we enter a new generation, we are optimistic and confident in our ability to achieve new heights in the years ahead. We are establishing processing plants to maintain a high standard of product quality and safety. In the coming months, we will endeavor to obtain standard certification from the majority of premium firms with high product specifications. Building our own brands has always been a passion within us. We like both creating and nurturing our creations. Fruit drinks, dairy products, and ice creams are all suitable for using our pulp. Because it has excellent consistency and is healthy, Amrapalli and Desi pulp are often used as a mango drink base and dessert base. We are convinced that our product meets the greatest quality standards, and once our clients try our products, they won't go anywhere else."
Mrs. Shailja Rout began her career as a professional finance accountant, but her concern and passion for nature and people led her to decide to become an entrepreneur and devote her resources to enhancing the health and well-being of urban residents. She has worked in food processing for 13 years.
She has traveled the length and breadth of various continents, utilizing her skills in the opportunities that have come her way.
In 2008, she successfully entered the Indian fruit processing industry by establishing a small processing unit. Her professional journey from Finance Executive in Medical Relief Society to Founder Director of SOPPL (Shailja Organics Product Private Limited) has been magnificent after realizing the true potential of the fruit and vegetable processing industry.

Operation and Marketing Executive
An agriculture graduate Abhishek, now an operations incharge, has helped transform Agriyum into an integrated unit. He's currently focused on material handling, agricultural best practices, and quality improvement, especially in pesticide-free mango, cashew, lemon, and sapling cultivation.

Manoranjan Danga
Production Assistant
He holds an M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology and a B.Sc. in Chemistry, bringing a strong scientific background to our production team. He has acquired practical industry experience through his tenure at BEC Foods, where he developed core skills in food processing and quality assurance. His academic insight, combined with a meticulous approach to production, supports our commitment to delivering high-quality products with consistency and care.

Dibya Ranjan Das
Horticulture Supervisor
He holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Botany and brings over 4 years of hands-on experience in horticulture. His expertise in research and fieldwork, having served at the Regional Plant Resource Centre (RPRC) for one year and at the Central Horticultural Experiment Station (CHES) for three years. His dedication and knowledge contribute significantly to the growth and sustainability of our horticultural activities.

Harish Chandra Sau
Production Manager
With a B.Tech in Food Technology and over 8 years of diverse experience he brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Having worked with leading companies such as Haldiram, Bhandari Feeds, CG Foods, and SOBISCO, he has built a strong background in food production, quality assurance, and process optimization across multiple sectors. His commitment to excellence and innovation has significantly contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering top-quality products in every role he has undertaken.
